BE THERE! 5K

Location: Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition (inside fairgrounds and Tamiami Park)
Run There. BE THERE! The Fair.
The Be There! 5K provides participants a fun course throughout the Miami-Dade County Fairgrounds. Celebrate opening weekend of the 2023 Youth Fair by running through the midway during this inaugural event.

Course
The BE THERE 5K begins at the main entrance of The Youth Fair. Participants will run through Tamiami Park then enter the fairgrounds to run alongside the rides, concessions stands, exhibits and cross the finish line on Main Street inside the fairgrounds. Course map will be emailed out prior to the race.

Awards
The overall top three males and top three females will be presented with awards. Top individual male and female in each age category will also receive an award.

14 and under15 - 19 20 - 2425 - 2930 - 3435 - 3940 - 4445 - 49 50 - 54 55 - 59 60+
Race Packets & Pickup
Participants can pick up their packets at GoRun located at 11650 N. Kendall Dr., Miami, FL 33176. Dates and instructions for packet pickup will be emailed out prior to the race.

Youth Fair Scholarship Program
Proceeds from the Youth Fair’s Be There! 5K will benefit the Miami-Dade County Fair and Exposition’s scholarship program. The Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enriching the community by promoting education and South Florida agriculture while showcasing and rewarding youth achievement. We accomplish this by producing a first-class fair with quality entertainment and providing facilities for year-round events.
