Participants can choose between the Sprint Triathlon, which includes a 750-meter swim, 10-mile bike ride, and a 3-mile run, and the Olympic Triathlon, featuring a 1500-meter swim, 23-mile bike ride, and a 6-mile run.

For those looking to enjoy the experience with friends, consider forming a relay team of 2 or 3 members! Young athletes can also participate in the Youth Splash & Dash, with various age categories offering distances tailored just for them. Don’t miss out on this fantastic day filled with community spirit and athletic achievement, all sanctioned by USA Triathlon. Get ready to make unforgettable memories at the Bear Triathlon!
