Participants can choose from various race distances, including the Sprint Triathlon featuring a 750-meter swim, 10-mile bike ride, and 3-mile run, or the Olympic Triathlon with a 1500-meter swim, 23-mile bike ride, and 6-mile run. For the younger athletes, the Youth Splash & Dash offers age-appropriate distances for kids aged 7 to 15, ensuring that everyone can join in on the fun! If you prefer teamwork, consider forming a relay team with two or three friends to tackle the course together.
