New for this year, the event also features a 750-meter swim sprint for those looking to dive into the action at a shorter distance.

THE BEAST OF THE BRAZOS, AN OPEN-WATER SWIM EVENT IN WACO, TX, IS 2.4 MILES AND 1.2 MILE DISTANCES MIRRORING A FULL IRONMAN AND IRONMAN 70.3 WACO COURSES. NEWLY ADDED THIS YEAR IS A 750 METER SWIM SPRINT! ALL PARTICIPANTS REGISTERED BEFORE AUGUST 8TH WILL RECEIVE A SWIM CAP, DRI-FIT SHIRT, AND FINISHERS MEDAL.
