Beaufort Historic Rotary Road Race 
Forty-five years and still going strong... Join us for a local tradition, the Beaufort Rotary Historic Road Race, 10K/5K/1M race on June 8, 2024 - a fun family event. A portion of the proceeds from this event will go to Loaves and Fishes of Beaufort, Carteret Community Theater, and Polio Plus Rotary International's mission to immunize children worldwide from Polio.
UPDATE ON STARTING TIMES: All participants will start according to the schedule below:
STARTING TIMES:7:30 am- 1 Mile Run/Walk7:55 am- 5K/10K Wheelchair & Baby Jogger participants8:00 am- 5K Run/10K Run
ENTRY FEES:Individuals-     Early registration is encouraged to receive your shirt size requirement.           The cut-off date for T-shirts- is 5-8-24 1-Mile:             $30– REGISTRATION ON-LINE ONLY – Kids 12 and under run free5K:                  $40- REGISTRATION ON-LINE ONLY – Kids 12 and under run free10K:                $45 - REGISTRATION ONLINE ONLY
Virtual 5K       $35-  REGISTRATION ON-LINE ONLY The Virtual 5K event will begin June 1st and runs through June 11, 2024. The cost for registration is $35. Registration costs include one short-sleeved t-shirt to be mailed to your home by June 23rd.
Wheelchair and Baby Jogger participants are welcome in any of the three events. Pets are welcome on leashes or in strollers.
The Town of Beaufort offers free parking on race morning until 10:30 a.m. This applies only to public lots, not privately owned lots. Parking along side streets, if not designated, paid parking is free.
PACKET PICKUP:Pre-registered participants may pick up packets on Friday, June 7th, from 3:00-6:00 p.m. in Beaufort at the Train Depot building,  614 Broad St, Beaufort, NC 28516
Race day packet pickup will be in-person on-site at "New Location" The Vault Parking Lot" 411 Front Street, Beaufort, from 7:00- 7:30 AM.
TIMING:This year's race will be timed by Run the East using disposable Bib Tags. Runners must pick up and wear their race bibs during the race. Make sure you do not bend the timing chip on the bib.
AWARDS:Medallions are given to the following:Top 3 overall male & female finishers in the 10K & 5KTop 3 male & female masters finishers in the 10K & 5KTop 2 male & female age group finishers in the 10K & 5KTop 1 male & female wheelchair finishers in the 10K & 5KTop 1 male & female baby joggers in the 5KOldest & youngest finishers in all three races
