With ample parking available on-site, it's recommended to carpool due to the expected large turnout. Registered racers have 2 check-in two options this year:
1. Friday November 28, 2025 at Bedford Playhouse (633 Old Post Road, Bedford Village - they are also a sponsor!) from 11AM to 2 PM in the lobby
2. At the race in Bedford Village Memorial Park from 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM
PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON SITE AT BEDFORD VILLAGE MEMORIAL PARK. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CONSIDER CARPOOLING TO THE RACE - THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH PARKING AND WE EXPECT A HUGE TURNOUT THIS YEAR!
