Join us for the exciting "Bike Riding Basics" event on Saturday, January 13th, 2024, in beautiful San Diego! Kick off the new year with a leisurely 4-mile bike ride led by the MWR Community Recreation staff, as you explore the scenic route to San Diego's historic Liberty Public Market, once the site of the oldest barracks at the former Naval Training Camp.

This community bike ride offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a refreshing day outdoors, complete with lunch and light shopping at the market. Open to all MWR eligible patrons, it's a perfect way to connect with fellow biking enthusiasts and make new friends. Don't forget to bring your own bike, but if you need one, we have a limited number of adult beach cruisers available for registrants. Get ready to pedal into 2024 with fun and adventure!
