The Bill Gregory Health Care Classic (BGHCC) is more than just a race, it is a symbol of our communitys commitment to promoting healthy lifestyle changes. Since its inception in 1981 by Hamilton Medical Center, this event has become a cornerstone of our community and one of the most highly anticipated gatherings. Today, the annual event honors Dr. Bill Gregory, who tragically lost his life in a bicycling accident in June 2006. Dr. Gregory was passionate about caring for his patients and promoting wellness and healthy lifestyles. Over the years, the Bill Gregory Health Care Classic has evolved into a beloved tradition, continuing the important work Hamilton Medical Center and Dr. Gregory began so many years ago. Today, this annual event remains a symbol of our shared commitment to fostering healthy lifestyle and environment changes through collaboration and positive action.
