BLACK CANYON CHARITY BIBS
CHARITY BIBS FOR 100K ULTRA!
The Black Canyon Ultras feature a point-to-point 100K course along the world-class Black Canyon National Recreation Trail. The 2025 Black Canyon 100K is a 2026 Western States 100 qualifier. You must complete the entire 100K distance under 17 hours in order to be eligible for the lottery.
HOW IT WORKS: RAISE MONEY TO SUPPORT A CAUSE THAT MATTERS TO YOU!
This event kicks off on February 8th 2025 and you have until January 25th 2025 to raise money for these communities that inspire us to run!
The featured charity partner for this event is the Black Canyon Trail Coalition. This organization is responsible for building and maintaining the Black Canyon Trail which you will be running on race day! Make your race extra meaningful by supporting this local nonprofit as a charity bib for the race.
Black Canyon 100K: BLACK CANYON TRAIL COALITION CHARITY BIB - $2000 FUNDRAISING MINIMUM.
We are also offering a few of our standard charity bibs where you can chose a charity of your choice and support a cause close to your heart.
Black Canyon 100K: STANDARD YOUR CHOICE CHARITY BIB - $3000 FUNDRAISING MINIMUM.
Once you have hit 75% of your fundraising minimum, you will be sent a code to register for the race.
PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY BECAUSE WE HAVE LIMITED CHARITY BIBS AVAILABLE FOR THIS EVENT AND ONCE WE ARE FULL, YOU WILL BE COMMITTED TO RAISING THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OR PAYING YOUR FUNDRAISING DIFFERENCE TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT.
WHAT IS A 'CHARITY BIB'?
When you sign up for a Charity Bib and commit to being a fundraiser for the Black Canyon 100K, it means you're going to lead your own personal fundraiser and raise at least your minimum for one of our nonprofit partners OR a cause of your choice. During registration, you will be automatically prompted to create a fundraising page...you can even create a personal URL for your fundraiser!

Once you meet that fundraising minimum, your entry to the Black Canyon 100K is FREE (PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE COMMITTING TO RAISING THE FUNDS OR PAYING THE DIFFERENCE IF THE FUNDS ARE NOT MET BY TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT)!

Athletes who register with a charity bib are automatically prompted to engage their friends and family in their fundraising efforts through the online platform. After registering for a charity bib and selecting the nonprofit organization that inspires you to fundraise, we will provide you with resources to support you in reaching your fundraising goal. Resources include social media and email templates as well as text prompts, online meetups and one-on-one support as needed. Once your minimum fundraising commitment is raised, your entry fee is waived and you are ready to run! Are you ready to run for a cause? Raise a minimum of $2,000 to support a cause that matters to YOU! The Charity Bib Program is a serious commitment, so please dont take this lightly. You will have until 2 weeks prior to the race to raise the minimum funds for this event. If you are short of meeting your goal, you'll be charged the remainder of the fundraising commitment.
