UPDATED BOILERMAKER 2025 INFORMATION (AS OF 1/6/25)!
REGISTRATION:
_PRIORITY REGISTRATION_ will re-open on Monday, January 13th at 10:00am EST exclusively for anyone who registered for the 2024 Boilermaker races. This exclusive window of opportunity will run through 11:59pm on Sunday, January 26th. 2024 race registrants will begin receiving emails from the Boilermaker on Tuesday, January 7th.
_OPEN REGISTRATION_ for all others will re-open on Monday, January 27th at 12:00am and will remain open until each race hits its respective cap.
As always, please keep an eye on your emails (we only have the email address you previously registered with) and the Boilermaker Facebook [https://www.facebook.com/boilermaker15k] and Instagram [https://www.instagram.com/boilermaker15k] pages for updates!
RACE CAPS:
* The cap for the 15K race presented by _EXCELLUS BLUECROSS BLUESHIELD_ will be 10,500 participants.
* The cap for the 5K race presented by _UTICA NATIONAL INSURANCE GROUP_ will be 4,500 participants.
PRICING:
This is a tiered pricing event with limited capacities, so register early to save money and your spot(s).
GENERAL RULES:
* All Boilermaker events are held rain or shine.
* Walkers, animals, skateboards, in-line skates, roller skates, bicycles, and baby joggers/strollers are prohibited.
* There are no deferrals and no refunds available.
* Dropdowns from the 15K to the 5K are limited (500 available) and are on a first come, first served basis.
PUBLIC HEALTH PROTOCOL:
* The Boilermaker will follow local & federal public health guidelines in place come race day. As of today, there are no specific restrictions in place.
* Please stay tuned to our email and social media communications for any potential updates.
* By registering for this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event.
* Per the Boilermakers policies, there are no deferrals or refunds.
RACE SAFETY:
* The course is restricted to registered athletes and official race personnel.
* We strongly discourage the use of headphones in both ears for your safety as well as the safety of others.
