REGISTRATION:

Priority Registration (All 2022 Boilermaker Races Registrants)

Begins January 9th @ 10:00am EST & will remain exclusive with the best pricing (Tier 1) available & guaranteed entry through 11:59pm EST on January 31st (all eligible potential participants will be notified via emails on file)


General Public Open Registration

Begins February 1st @ 10:00am EST (general public on sale date & time) with Tier 2 pricing available through 11:59pm EST on February 28th.

Tier 3 pricing will begin at midnight on March 1st and will run through 11:59pm EST on April 16th.

Tier 4 pricing will begin at midnight on April 17th and will run through 11:59pm EST on May 31st.

Tier 5 pricing will begin at midnight on June 1st and will run through 11:59pm on July 4th. 

All general public registrations are subject to each race events caps.


Virtual Runs Registration

Can't attend in-person? Consider the Boilermaker's Virtual 15K & 5K options! The same registration information as shown in #'s 1 & 2 above apply. See Event pages for more details.


 
PRICING:

This is a tiered pricing event with limited capacities, so register early to save money and ensure your spot(s).

GENERAL RULES:

All Boilermaker events are held rain or shine.

There are no deferrals and no refunds available

Drop downs are limited (500 available) and are on a first come, first served basis

 
COURSE CHANGE FOR 2023 ONLY- THE DETOUR!
Due to a NYS DOT construction project near the 15K Mile 8 marker on lower Champlin Avenue, there will be a course change which will affect both the 15K & 5K races. The detour will require the starting lines of the 15K & 5K to be altered slightly to ensure the proper course distances.

PUBLIC HEALTH PROTOCOL:
The Boilermaker will follow local & federal public health guidelines in place come race day. As of today, there are no specific restrictions in place.

By registering for this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event.
Per the Boilermaker’s policies, there are no deferrals and no refunds.
 
RACE SAFETY:

The course is restricted to registered athletes and official race personnel.

Walkers, animals, skateboards, in-line skates, roller skates, bicycles and baby joggers/strollers are prohibited.

We strongly discourage the use of headphones in both ears for your safety as well as the safety of others.
