Get outside for real Obstacle Training on a real course
Obstacle practice and training on your own or checkin in the the Coach on duty for obstacle completion tips and tricks.
Run as many laps as you wish within the time limit. Must return to the parking area by 10:55am. Camp ends and all participants should depart camp by 11:00am.

Bootcamps start Promptly at 8:30am unless otherwise specified
Entrance Gate opens at 8:25 and closes at 8:45am if the gate is closed text or call 401-374-1353

* ALL CAMPERS MUST HAVE A CELL PHONE ON THEIR PERSON DURING THE RUN. (If remaining in a group one cell phone for the group is acceptable - if group is larger than three, more cell phones will be needed)

Outdoor Bathrooms are NOT Open in the late fall/winter/early spring months - BOOTCAMP IS OUTDOOR ONLY
* Proper footwear is essential! No sandals, flip-flops, crocks, open toe shoes - No Cleats of any kind
* Please arrive 5 min early so you can turn in your Bootcamp waiver (see link below to download Waiver). Minor boot Campers must be with supervising parent/guardian at all times. Course closes promptly at the end of bootcamp - All campers must be off the course and return to the parking area before the end of camp and check out of the lot by 11:00am.
* We suggest 1-2 water bottles, a sweat towel if weather dictates, dress in layers, a change of shoes/socks and bug spray and sun protection (Ticks and the Sun are out). We can't wait to see you!
* REMINDER - Although Bathrooms are open occasionally they are not available during late fall/winter/early spring sessions - Plan accordingly

* WEAR ORANGE - Fall/Winter and early spring orange is in effect. If you do not have orange on we have Orange Ts that can be purchased upon arrival
