BONEFROG HONOR Challenge (Virtual Race)

The HONOR Challenge was created to pay tribute to the heroes of the United States Armed Services who have paid the ultimate price and given their lives that we may live as free people. It is our sincere hope that you use the time during your workout to reflect on their story and sacrifice and to remember that know matter how bad it hurts or how bad you want to quit, you are blessed with the ability to start this challenge... and to keep going. So push yourself to complete it to the best of your ability.

Each challenge includes running based on the distance of the race you choose (Sprint = 1/4 mi intervals, Challenge = 1/2 mi, or TIER-1 = 3/4 mi). You may recognize some of the moves in the HERO section of the challenges - many are derived from popular HERO WODs you may have seen at the gym - just with our special OCR twist on them. The majority of the exercises can be done without formal equipment, but may require a loaded backpack, something to hang from (pull-up bar, playground, tree branch) and occasionally may include gym style workouts. Every challenge is always able to be modified based on what you have access to and your limitations. If you need help with ideas, try reaching out to the "We are Bonefrog" Facebook group!

RULES:
There is no deadline for you to complete the challenge. Do it whenever you want.
Mileage can be running or walking
Follow the challenge (in order) as written. It is created to mimic a live event
Children can join the Sprint if they would like - modify as needed for your tadpoles (including distance).

FAQ:
Trident medals are currently NOT offered for this challenge
Any age can join in on the fun
RUCK/HEAVY BAG CARRY = you choose the weight. Use anything you would like to make it work
