Event summary
Participants can choose from several ticket options, including an Open wave for those looking to enjoy the race at their own pace, a Competitive wave with enticing cash prizes for top finishers, and a special Tadpole course for kids aged 12 and under. With medals for all finishers, food, beer, and plenty of entertainment, this event is not to be missed! Whether you're racing, volunteering, or cheering from the sidelines, join us for a day filled with camaraderie and excitement at the BONEFROG in Lancaster!

3 miles, 20+ obstacles, food, beer, finisher medals, and lots of fun!
If you're saying to yourself "but can I do this?" The answer is YES! This course will challenge seasoned racers and be fun for beginners. We will have options for all! Oh and if you're in it to win it - the competitive wave is offering cash prizes in the overall male and female division!!

4) Tadpole (Kids) powered by Swing Kingdom: a special separate 1/2 mile course just for kids 12 and under! Yes, they get a medal! (Parents/family may help the kids and run along side at no cost)

CLOSEDRun as many laps as possible in the allotted time. Top 3 male and female finishers receive awards. No age group awards. Partial laps will not count. If the top 3 finishers all complete the same number of laps (for example 5 laps), finish order will be determined by who finished the last lap in the least amount of time.
