Join us for the exhilarating Bottomless Triathlon on Saturday, June 27, 2026, in the picturesque Roswell, Chaves, where the spirit of competition meets community support! This exciting event takes place at the beautiful Bottomless Lakes State Park, New Mexico's first state park and the historic birthplace of the triathlon Junior Olympics. Athletes of all levels can participate in a fun and family-friendly super sprint triathlon, featuring a 1/4 mile swim in the crystal-clear spring-fed lake, an 8-mile bike course, and a fast and flat 4K run.
This is a perfect opportunity for first-timers and seasoned triathletes alike to showcase their skills while supporting a great cause. The first five athletes under 18 in the solo division can race for free, and there are special pricing options available afterward. Plus, you can earn cash back by referring friends! Athlete check-in will be held on Friday, June 26, from 5 PM to 7 PM at Candlewood Suites, and on race day, check-in runs from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM at the transition area. QUALIFYING EVENT FOR THE INNAGURAL ITU YOUTH (Junior B) WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
Established in 1984 at Bottomless Lakes State Park (BLSP) - New Mexicos first State Park.
Soloists and Relays will enjoy the 1/4 MILE SWIM in the clear spring-fed lake, the 8 MILE BIKE course, and a fast and flat 4K RUN. This family friendly super sprint triathlon is great for first timers and loved by old timers.
* FREE to first 5 athletes UNDER THE AGE OF 18 in the solo division, and special pricing after that.
