EVENTS - 800m, 1500m and 5,000m
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
* There are NO age restrictions or time standards to enter (except for the 5,000m).
* All athletes will be placed in heats with other athletes that have recorded similar times.
* Heats will run from slowest times to fastest times.
* Please Note: Our final timetable for both meets, is determined by how many registrations we get. A rough timetable for each events starting time, with the slowest wave going first, is: 800m at 9:00am/ 1500m at 10:00am/ 5,000m at 11:00am.
