RAIN DELAY: DUE TO EXPECTED RAIN DURING OUR ORIGINAL START TIME, WE ARE DELAYING TODAY'S COLOR RUN. CHECK-IN WILL BEGIN AT 8:30AM, AND THE RUN WILL START AT 9:30AM. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING - WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A SAFE AND FUN EVENT! VOLUNTEERS, PLEASE ARRIVE AT 8 A.M.

The big day is almost here! The Breaking Free Color Run is tomorrow morning!

Parking opens at 7:00 a.m. Please use the map pin below for the parking area and look for signs when you arrive.

A few important reminders:
- Gates close at 8:30 a.m. for the safety of our participants.
- Everyone should come to the registration table when you arrive even if you pre-registered to pick up your color for the start of the event.
- Registration will be available onsite the morning of the event through the app.
- This is a cashless event.
- Rain or shine.
- Please wear clothes and shoes that can handle the color.
- Staff should park at the EverFun parking area.

Join the Reid State Foundation for our inaugural Breaking Free 5K and Fun Run now a Color Run experience. This will be a fun, high-energy morning you wont want to miss.

Whether you run or walk, youll be part of something meaningful from the very beginning.

Registration is just $10 to participate. 12 and Under with a Paid Adult is $5.
Want the official race t-shirt? Registration + shirt is $25

Reid State students receive complimentary registration thanks to grant support.

Important: To receive your shirt in time for race day, you must register by April 17 at noon. Individuals who register after that time can pick up their shirts at the college when notified.

Every step supports the Breaking Free Initiative at Reid State Community College a prevention program that empowers students to recognize unhealthy relationship behaviors, strengthen communication skills, and break cycles of dating and domestic violence.

This initiative is made possible through the Megan Montgomery Foundation of Birmingham and incorporates evidence-based resources inspired by the One Love Foundation.
