Kicking off at 10 AM, the day begins with the Freshman/Sophomore and Junior/Senior Boys races, both tackling a challenging 5K course, followed by the Fleet Feet Girls Championship and High School Girls races, also set at 5K, at 10:40 AM.
As the competition heats up, the Fleet Feet Boys Championship will take place at 11:25 AM, followed by the Coach Fed Youth Championship and an Open Race, both covering 3K. The first 1500 athletes to register will receive a stylish Brooks XC Spike Bag, with top finishers earning coveted spots in the upcoming Brooks XC Championships in San Diego on December 13th. Championship Boys Race - Restricted to Grades 9-12
Incl. $7.20 Fee

CLOSEDYou must have run sub 16:20 to compete in the Championship Race. 3 Mile conversions (Illinois) or altitude adjustment (Colorado) will be considered. You must run in the championship races to qualify for nationals. The top ten boys qualify for the Brooks XC Nationals on December 13th in San Diego. Medals are awarded to the top 30 finishers. -
Championship Girls Race - Restricted to Grades 9-12

CLOSEDHIGH SCHOOL GIRLS have the option of entering the championship girls race or the high school girls race. You may switch races meet weekend. However, if you do decide to switch races you must notify meet personnel at packet pickup. We suggest that you consistently run sub 21:30 to enter the Championship Race. You must run in the championship races to qualify for nationals. The top ten girls qualify for the Brooks XC Nationals on December 13th in San Diego. Medals are awarded to the top 30 finishers. -
Junior and Senior Boys Race

CLOSEDJUNIOR/SENIOR BOYS that have not achieved the standard of sub 16:20 to run in the championship race must run in the JR/SR race. JR/SR boys that have run better than 16:20, are qualified to run in the CHAMPIONSHIP BOYS RACE. Medals are awarded to the top 30 finishers. -

CLOSEDCOACH FED YOUTH 3K CHAMPIONSHIPS: Runners in 8th grade and under can run in the Youth Championship 3K. Medals are awarded to the top 30 boy and top 30 girl finishers. Boys and girls team scoring is 5 runners (displacement). The 3K course is essentially the first 3k of the original 5K course. There will be team scoring for both boys & girls (team scoring is 5 runners displacement). Medals will be given to the scorers on the top 4 B&G teams). -
Open Race
