Join us on Saturday, August 9, 2025, for the exciting Brothers for Life 5K in Decatur, Morgan! This year's race has a new location at the beautiful Jack Allen Soccer Complex, making it the perfect setting to support our local heroes, including firefighters, police officers, EMS professionals, and dispatchers. Participants can choose from a variety of events, including the 5K race, a challenging 5K ruck, or a fun-filled 1-mile fun run.
For those taking on the ruck challenge, remember that males will carry a weight of 30 lbs while females will carry 20 lbs. Weigh-ins will take place on race morning by 7:45 AM, so be sure to look for the GORUCK flag for assistance. Early registration is open until July 28, and all early registrants will receive a free shirt! Don’t miss the packet pickup on Friday, August 8, at Cross Eyed Owl Brewery from 5-7 PM, or on race day from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM at the soccer complex. The race kicks off at 8:00 AM, so gather your friends and family for a day of fun,

Due to construction at Point Mallard this year's race will be at Jack Allen Soccer Complex.

RUCK DIVISION: male weight is 30lbs and female is 20lbs. You MUST weigh in your pack on the morning of the race by 0745 in order to be eligible to place in the rucking division. Look for the GORUCK flag near the starting point and a team member will assist you.
Early registration ends July 28th. Everyone that registers early gets a shirt!
