Since its inception in 2009, the Run for the Sun has brought together campers, counselors, families, friends, and sponsors to raise awareness and support for Camp Sunshine. Organiser's Description
On Wednesday, August 6 the Run for the Sun 5k will return to a weeknight EVENING event, but in a NEW location! We'll be starting and ending at Kollen Park, beside the beautiful Lake Macatawa.
There will be both 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run options.
The 5k Race will start at 6pm and the 1 Mile Fun Run at 6:10pm.
Since 2009, Run for the Sun has been an opportunity for campers, counselors, donors, families, friends, and sponsors to join together in raising awareness and support for Camp Sunshine.
