Were thrilled to announce the return of your favorite Cinco De Mayo celebration! Join us for the third annual Cantina's CincoRita Run on Saturday, May 2, 2026just days before the big holiday!
We will host three races including the traditional 5K and 1 Mile race and the crowd favorite, Margarita Mile.
This festive event will once again be centered around Cantina Laredo, where the post-race fun continues with a buffet breakfast/Brunch and unbeatable drink specials, including their legendary CincoRita!

Cantina's Margarita Mile Event Date: Saturday, May 2, 2026 Start Time: 9:30 AM (following the 5K and 1-mile events) Location: Cantina Laredo, Bell Tower Shops Distance: 1 Mile (4 x 1/4 mile loops) Drinks: 4 x 4 oz margaritas (1 before each lap) ________________________________________ counterclockwise arrows button How It Works 1. Participants will complete four 1/4 -mile loops. 2. Before each loop, runners must stop at the Margarita Station and drink a small margarita (4 oz). 3. Once they finish their drink, they can head out on the next lap. 4. The first to complete all four loops and drinks wins the Margarita Mile! ________________________________________ tropical drink Margarita Station Setup 1. A central drink station near the start/finish loop area. 2. Volunteers will pour and serve drinks and ensure all margaritas are consumed before the runner continues. 3. Water and shade available nearby for hydration and recovery. ________________________________________ brain Safety & Rules 1. Participants must be 21+ to register for the Margarita Mile. Age will be verified at Check in with validate government issued ID required. 2. Margarita portions will be 4 oz for safety and fun. 3. Medical staff will be available on site. 4. Participants can opt-out of drinking (run for fun!) but will not be eligible for timed awards. ________________________________________ trophy Awards/Recognition 1. Top Male and Top Female finishers will be awarded Tacos for a year at Cantina Laredo 2. Fiesta Outfits are encouraged!
