Designed for kindergarten through 8th graders, Cardio Kidz offers participants the chance to engage in action-packed sessions that include a conditioning circuit, yoga cool down, and a focus on social-emotional growth.
On July 19th and July 26th, starting at 1:30 PM each day, kids can join in for one or both days of fitness fun! With limited spots available (only 18 kids per day), your child will receive personalized attention in a supportive environment. Registration includes a T-shirt, a completion award, and a goal sheet to track their progress.
