Strollers are welcome on the walking route, making this event perfect for families!
Although registration is sold out this year, all community members are invited to join the festivities, including the highly anticipated potluck following the race. The first 175 registrants received a Chapman Farm Fun Run beanie, adding to the excitement of the day. Participants will enjoy a range of goodies, including a finishers medal, breakfast biscuits, snacks, and even a chance to win fabulous prizes! Don't miss out on this wonderful opportunity to celebrate with neighbors and create lasting memories, rain or shine!

WE ARE SOLD OUT! THE RACE IS AT CAPACITY!
RESIDENTS- MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY'S ANNUAL POT LUCK.
Race starts at 10:30 with runners and then walkers follow.
Runners will complete two laps around the neighborhood. Walkers will walk one loop. Strollers are welcomed for the walk. PLEASE NO STROLLERS IF YOU WISH TO RUN.
Age group winners for runners.
The community potluck will occur after the run/walk.
ALL RESIDENTS ARE INVITED TO THE EVENTS. THE EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE AND NO REFUNDS. THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REGISTER EARLY!
THIS YEAR THE FIRST 175 PEOPLE TO SIGN UP TO RUN OR WALK WILL RECEIVE A CHAPMAN FARM FUN RUN BEANIE.

Packet Pick Up
Grab and Go packet pick up will take place on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 6:00-7:00pm at 2712 Hamils Court.
You may also pick up your packet before the race on March 15, 2025 from 9:30am-10:30am at the clubhouse.
