While we encourage everyone to stay mindful of health and safety, this year's Fishy Four will not require social distancing or masks. Join us for the 37th Annual Chetek Fishy Four!
A four mile run/walk to benefit the Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Scholarship Foundation and help celebrate Independence Day during Liberty Fest week in Chetek. It will be held at the Chetek City Beach. A kids' 1/2 mile race will also be held for children 10 years or younger on race day.
All participants are made aware that the Fishy 4 Run/Walk will not be requiring social distancing or masks to be worn by participants or spectators. We will be providing hand sanitizer in as many places as possible and encourage everyone to follow the CDC guidelines as much as possible. All participants and spectators accept full responsibility for their health and safety with respect to COVID-19. If you are not comfortable being in public without mandatory social distancing or masks, please take this into consideration before signing up.

All participants will receive a timing chip, including the walkers. This eliminates the need to create separate registration options, bib number ranges, etc. and streamline the registration process. Select this option regardless of whether you intend to run or walk the race. -
1/2 Mile Kid's Run

In order to be eligible, kids must be 10 years of age or younger on race day, July 3, 2026. This half-mile event takes place in two separate waves, with the 6 and under racing at 8:00 am and the 7-10 year olds racing at 8:10 am. If a kid wants to participate in both the Kid's race and the 4-mile run, they will need to register for both races and will receive a separate bib number for each race.
