WELCOME TO THE FIRST EVER CHILDREN OF THE SUN HALF MARATHON, PRESENTED BY CENTURY 21!
This is Spokanes newest late-summer race experience, taking runners down one of the citys most underrated paved trails. Whether you're chasing a PR, tackling your first half marathon, or just looking for a fun local race with a laid-back atmosphere, this event was built for you.
All three distances HALF MARATHON, 12K, and 5K take place entirely on the Children of the Sun Trail in Spokane, starting and ending at Wildhorse Park. Expect smooth pavement, rolling elevation changes, and a course that rewards smart pacing. Its fast enough to race, challenging enough to stay interesting, and beginner-friendly from start to finish.
100% of all donations go to Boys and Girls Clubs of Spokane County!
