The entire course stays on the Children of the Sun Trail in north Spokane. Smooth, paved, and deceptively relentless. Just 13.1 miles and roughly 750 feet of elevation gain. Its smooth, runnable, and just long enough to punish poor pacing decisions. Perfect for first timers and anyone looking to break their PR! You will have 4 hours to complete the full course.
You are expected to arrive healthy and ready for the challenge. Injuries from lack of training are not uncommon. Take care of your bodies and come ready to go. We will provide plenty of water, electrolytes, coffee, and fruit!
