This enchanting event invites participants to walk or run through the stunning holiday lights at Coonskin Park before they are unveiled to the public. Experience the joy of the season with hot chocolate from Starbucks, delicious cookies from Crumbl, and the chance to snap pictures with Santa himself!
Join in the festive spirit with exciting contests, including the Ugliest Sweater, Best Costume, and Most Creative Team Theme, adding to the fun atmosphere. Participants can register for the 5K Walk/Run for just $30 before November 1st, with a chance to earn a $30 refund by raising $100 for this great cause. Each registration comes with a commemorative race shirt, a race light, and a ticket to the "Light the Night" Winter Light Festival! The festivities kick off at 4:30 PM with check-in and race day registration, followed by the 5K event starting at 6:00 PM. Don’t miss your chance to shine bright while supporting a wonderful cause!

Get the 1st look at the Lights at Coonskin Park, Charleston before they open to the public.
Well have hot chocolate from Starbucks, cookies from Crumbl, pictures with Santa, caroling, and contests, too!
Contests Include: Ugliest Sweater, Best Costume, and Most Creative Team Theme.
The participant that raises the most money will also win a special prize package to be announced!
Fee for 5K Walk/Run: $30.00 before November 1st; $35.00 thereafter.
Participants who raise $100 by November 14th can receive a refund of $30 registration fee. Make sure to select "Become a Fundraiser on the Donation Page when registering.
With your registration you will receive:
* Commemorative Race Shirt (Shirts guaranteed if registration is RECEIVED BY Monday, November 10th)
* Race Light
* Ticket to "The Salango Law, Dirty Birds _Light the Night_ presented by GoMart" Winter Light Festival
PACKET PICK UP -- Thursday, November 20th -- 430pm at GoMart Ballpark | 601 Morris St, Charleston, WV 25301
Race packets can also be picked up at the event on Friday.
