**ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT MEMBERS OF THE CITY OF WINCHESTER PARKS & RECREATION HIVE RUNNING CLUB & FREDERICK COUNTY PARKS & RECREATION SPRING RUNNING CLUB**
Get ready for a fun showdown as the City of Winchester Parks & Recreation Running Club and the Frederick County Parks & Recreation Running Club kiddos lace up their sneakers for a thrilling track meet! We will feature several events including the 200m, 400m, 800m, Softball Throw and a relay to cap off the evening!
Our first race will kick off around 6:00 PM. The number of heats per event will depend on how many athletes show up to compete.
LOCATION: Shenandoah University Track
PARKING: Parking will be available in the garage by the track - PLEASE DON'T PARK IN THE PHYSICAL PLANT PARKING LOT. And since there are no bleachers, be sure to bring a chair for your cheering squad!
Check-In Begins at 5 When you arrive, please check-in at the table to receive a race bib. When you check in to get your bib, be sure to let the staff know which events your child definitely wants to participate in. And if you've already got a relay team in mind, give us a heads up so we can make it happen! Each team will consist of 4 athletes, each doing a 100m dash. We will also tell you if you are in group 1 or 2 for the field events.
