This action-packed event offers participants the choice of three thrilling race formats: a Sprint featuring a 400-meter swim, a 14-mile bike ride, and a 5K run; an Aquabike that includes a 400-meter swim followed by a 14-mile bike ride; and a Duathlon consisting of a 2-mile run, a 14-mile bike ride, and concluding with a 5K run.
