Participants are encouraged to move every day, completing a minimum of 2,000 additional steps, walking, biking, running, or swimming 200 meters. It's not just about physical activity; you'll also log your progress and reflect on your journey through daily journal entries. Embrace this empowering experience that blends accountability and resilience, and get ready to unlock your potential while having fun along the way!

Welcome to the Claymore Challenge! Remember:

This is your "Front Toward Enemy". Your mission is to push yourself beyond yesterdays limitsone step, one rep, one challenge at a time. Whether youre aiming to crush the AFT or just build better daily habits, this 8-week challenge will help you stay accountable, get stronger, and embrace a winning mindset.

The Rules of Engagement

1. SIGN UP & SHOW UP - Register on RunSignUp before March 10, 2025.

2. MOVE EVERY DAY - Every single day from June 9 July 4, 2025, you must complete a minimum of:
2,000 additional steps OR
Walk, bike, or run OR
200-meter swim

3. LOG YOUR PROGRESS - Log your daily activity on RunSignUp to stay accountable.

4. JOURNAL YOUR JOURNEY - Each day, write a short journal entry on RunSignUp capturing:
_YOUR CHALLENGES_ (What tested you today?)
_HUNTING THE GOOD STUFF_ (What went well today?)
Use principles from the _ARMY MASTER RESILIENCE TRAINING (MRT) _to build a warrior mindset.
