Join the Clayton-Henry National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) for the 3rd Annual 5K Fun Run/Walk! It's more than just a raceit's a celebration of fitness, family, and community spirit!
Lace up, bring your crew, and lets hit the trail! Whether you're a seasoned sprinter or prefer a laid-back stroll, this event is for everyonerunners, walkers, kids, grandparents, and everyone in between!
RACE DAY: SATURDAY, AUGUST 30, 2025
RACE CHECK-IN TIME: 8:00 AM sharp - Must arrive no later than 8:30 AM!
RACE WARM-UP TIME: 8:45 AM
START TIME: 9:00 AM SHARP

Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be immediately disqualified, asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants; there are no refunds in this case.
PARTICIPANTS THAT DO NOT SHOW UP TO RACE/EVENT FORFEIT THEIR RIGHT TO ANY SWAG. NO RACE GIFTS WILL BE MAILED, YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE MEDAL AND SWAG.
THERE WILL BE FREE PARKING AT THE RACE SITE UNTIL LOT IS FULL. ONCE THE LOT IS FULL YOU WILL BE DIRECTED TO THE OVERFLOW PARKING AREA WHERE YOU WILL BE SHUTTLED TO THE RACE LOCATION.
