Join us for the exciting CNY Summer Track Program taking place from July 10 to August 7, 2025, in Marcy, Oneida! This dynamic camp is designed to ignite a passion for middle and long-distance running among young athletes. Under the guidance of dedicated volunteers and guest instructors, participants will not only enhance their running skills but also learn about nutrition, strength and conditioning, and the best running equipment.
The camp will feature engaging sessions at Whitesboro Middle School Track on July 10, 17, and 24, followed by sessions at Whitesboro High School Track on July 31 and August 7. With two separate sessions catering to different age groups—students entering grades one to four from 5:30 to 6:15 PM, and students entering grades five to eight from 6:30 to 7:45 PM—there’s something for every budding athlete. Additionally, participants will have the chance to showcase their skills in a thrilling cross-country meet and a track meet. Don't miss the opportunity to inspire a lifelong love of running!

Organiser's Description
The camp is designed to introduce and foster interest in middle and long-distance running. The camp is staffed by dedicated volunteers with experience in, and passion for, running. The camp features guest instructors with specialized experience in nutrition, strength and conditioning, and running equipment. There will be a cross-country meet and a track meet where campers will be able to compete.
