Coached Pool Swim Sessions, Winter 2023-2024 (December 1 - February 29)

Reservation Change Policy: Time slots must be reserved via SignUpGenius AFTER registering and payment. No reservation changes may be made within 24 hours of the practice time. Reservation NO SHOWS will result in a deduction of a session from your daily/weekly allotment.
This registration link is for pool sessions at various times/locations throughout the Winter (12/1-2/29).  Heated outdoor pools have an approximate water temperature of 80-82F, or higher.  There are locker room, shower, and bathroom facilities at all locations.  We may have up to 4-5 swimmers per lane or 28 swimmers per 6 lane pool.  Expect to share a lane with up to 3-4 other swimmers (of similar abilities) at a time.  Circle swimming is required for most sessions.  
Swimmers may be asked to assist with pulling the thermal covers off the pool before practice and/or putting the covers back on after practice.  Any session with less than 7 swimmers may be cancelled at the discretion of the coach/director.
Train for fitness, for a triathlon, an open water swim, or any other competition.  Pool workouts are held year round.  Location times and schedule may change, so stay tuned on our Facebook Group for updates!  Our participants come in all ages, abilities, and experience levels.  Only pre-requisite is that you should be able to complete a 25 meter lap of the pool without stopping.  Kids under 14 years old must have a parent on deck to supervise.

Cost is as follows:$15 per drop in session.  $150 for once a week (*as low as $11 per session)$275 for 2-3 swims per week (*as low as $7 per session)$400 for unlimited swims (*as low as $3 per session)
Private Lessons, Video Analysis, and Swim/Tri Coaching also available with Coach John Kenny for an additional charge.   John is a 5-time US National Champion and 7-time US National Team member in open water swimming.
