CLOSEDFREE - to all Screw City Multi-Sport Event Racers!! The course will be a speed run, something that can be completed in 2 -5 mins or so with obstacles. Sample: * Tire Flip - Racer will need to complete at least 3 flips * Double Bucket Carry - Racer will carry the bucket(s) around the marked area. (1 bucket can be done as well). * Medicine Ball Squats -Races will complete 10 squats. * Cargo Net Crawl - Racers crawl under the cargo net and run into the finish line. ** challenges change year to year **
