Community Fun & Fitness Relays (CFFR)

This is an annual all-comers track meet for participants age 3. Events offered include sprint dashes for all ages; the shot put and long jump for middle school-age participants and up; the 4X400, 2X200, and 4X100 meter relays for different gender and age classifications; and the 1-mile run and walk events for men, women, and seniors age 60. Besides aiming to bring families, track and field participants, and fans together in the great outdoors for fitness and fun competition, it also aims to raise money for worthy charities.
