The day kicks off at 7:30 AM with an invigorating 45-minute outdoor Bootcamp workout, followed by a 5K Run/Walk at 8:30 AM. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a casual participant, this event is designed for everyone who shares a love for movement and a commitment to making a difference.
Not only will you be part of a cherished tradition, but your participation also helps fund vital oncology research at Rhode Island Hospital through Dr. Safran's Oncology Research Fund, all in memory of Suzanne. Our beloved instructor and friend SUZANNE TANNER, who touched so many lives with her energy, strength, and love of running, sadly lost her fight against cancer earlier this year. Suzannes passion for movement and her spirit of community inspire us to dedicate this years event in her memory.
Join us as we celebrate her life, her legacy, and the power of coming together to move for a cause.
