Get ready for a morning of fun and fitness at the second annual Count(y) On Your Health event on Saturday, September 13, 2025! Held in the picturesque Lancaster County Park, this exciting 5K Run/Walk invites Lancaster County Government employees, along with their friends and family, to join in on a day of camaraderie and healthy activity. New this year, a 1-mile course is available for those who prefer a shorter distance, making the event accessible for all fitness levels.
The day kicks off at 8:00 AM with registration and check-in, followed by a warm-up session at 8:45 AM. The main event, the 5K Run/Walk, starts at 9:00 AM, winding through the beautiful trails of the park. Participants can look forward to post-race refreshments and an awards ceremony at 10:00 AM. Best of all, entry is free for County of Lancaster employees and just $5 for friends and family! Bring your enthusiasm, comfortable shoes, and a water bottle as we come together to promote health and support a great cause. We can’t wait to see you there!

Join us for a fun and invigorating morning at the Lancaster County Park for our second annual Lancaster County Government 5K Run/Walk! This year we are excited to add a 1 mile course for those that do not want to participate in the 5K option. This event is exclusively for Lancaster County Government employees and their friends and family members, and promises a day filled with camaraderie, fitness, and support for a great cause.
The 5K Run/Walk is designed for all fitness levels, whether you're an experienced runner or prefer a leisurely walk through the beautiful surroundings of Lancaster County Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, and meet colleagues.
