Event summary
Kick off the festivities on Saturday, April 11, with the Covenant Health Kids Run at 5:30 PM, followed by the energetic 5K at 7:00 PM. The action continues on Sunday, April 12, as the marathon and half marathon participants, along with wheelchair and handcycle athletes, hit the starting line at 7:30 AM. This year, participants can also take on one of two thrilling challenges: the Knox Hills Challenge, featuring the Saturday 5K and Sunday Marathon, or the Marble City Challenge, combining the Saturday 5K with the Sunday Half Marathon. Both challenges reward finishers with an extra medal and special swag! Whether you choose to join us in person or opt for the Virtual Option, you’re sure to have an unforgettable experience filled with camaraderie

BACK for 2026! We will offer an in-person race experience AND a Virtual Option. For those wishing to participate in the live, in-person event, select that race distance from the first five options on the registration page. For those wishing to participate in the Virtual Option, select one of the last five options (with "VIRTUAL OPTION" listed on the option).
Virtual Option participants will receive a t-shirt, medal, and goody bag. They will also be able to submit their time online on a separate results page from the live, in-person competitors.
