Get ready for a fantastic day of fun and fitness at the Crestwood Kids Triathlon on Sunday, June 29, 2025, in Crestwood, St. Louis! This exciting event is designed for children ages 5 to 12, offering a perfect opportunity to challenge themselves in a supportive and energetic environment. Young athletes will tackle a scaled-down version of a traditional triathlon, featuring swimming distances ranging from 25 to 75 yards, biking distances of 1/2 to 1 mile, and running distances of 1/2 to 1 mile, all tailored to their age groups.

The day kicks off at 8:00 AM, where kids aged 5-6 and 7-8 will swim 25 yards, bike 1/2 mile, and run 1/2 mile, while the 9-12 age group will take on a swim of 75 yards, a bike ride of 1 mile, and a run of 1 mile.
