Registration is just $25 until August 21, with proceeds supporting the Cross Country and Track & Field programs at MCC. Don't miss out on the chance to earn a mini trophy for 1st place male and female finishers, and all other participants will receive a custom vinyl sticker. ALUMNI & COMMUNITY RACE:
Open to all. Registration is on RunSignUp
ENTRY FEE:
Registration is $25 until August 21 (price goes up to $30 on race day)
Race proceeds support the Cross Country and Track & Field programs at MCC.
PACKET PICK UP:
Starting at 7:15 am at the table inside the stadium
AWARDS:
1st place male & female will receive a mini trophy
All other finishes receive a custom vinyl sticker.

The Crusader 5k is our new course that starts and finishes on the old cinder track inside the stadium and goes around the school athletic fields and grounds. The course follows much of the same path as the old course (without the hairpin turn!), so it is still flat and fast and spectator friendly.
RESTROOMS:
There are plenty of restrooms available inside the stadium.
FIRST AID:
Athletic trainer is available near the finish line.
