Have you ever experienced the runners high that comes with conquering a race? Theres nothing quite like it.
Whether its your first ever 5k or your first in a long time, Fleet Feet Northern New Jersey has a training program made for all levels that will get you to the finish line of one of the most exciting 5ks in Cranford : Cupcake 5k
Get ready for a fantastic 5K run at the beautiful Nomahegan Park! This scenic, flat course is perfect for runners, walkers, and everyone in between. Youll enjoy picturesque ponds, quaint bridges, and the wildlife surrounding you as you run, walk, or even boogie your way to the finish line.
Join us for a 8 week training program beginning June 30th, 2025. This program offers a balance of run/walk workouts, cross training and rest days to gradually increase your fitness. Plus, your coaches and fellow training group members will provide the guidance and motivation you need to stay on track and have fun along the way. The program culminates with running the Cupcake 5K taking place on Sunday, August 24th, 2025.

-An 8 week training program with certified RRCA (Road Runner Club of America) & USATF (USA Track & Field) coaches.
-Two in person runs per week: Thursday 6.30pm & Saturdays at 8:30am
-Fit Night with a 10% off discount, Thursday 19th June 5pm-6pm
-Vendor nights with NB and On.
-Local gym and PT partner support.
-Optional run analysis for a donation.
Post race, indulge in an assortment of delicious cupcakes, including:

Vegan Cupcakes

About Live Run Give LLC: Founded in 2019, Live Run Give brings together families and friends for fitness, fun, and food, while giving back to the community. Each year, we select 2-3 nonprofit organizations to benefit from our events, with a special focus on supporting breast cancer research and the incredible co-survivors who are part of the fight. This event is held in honor of Lynette, my grandmothers, aunts, and all the women who have been affected by Stage 4 cancer.
