Organiser's Description
The event was founded by family members whose niece was inside the school that day. While she escaped unharmed, she lost her dear friend Daniel. In the face of unimaginable loss, Mudfest was born as a way to honor Daniels life and carry forward the values he embodied.
Daniel is remembered as a kind and gentle child who treated everyone with respect and joy. He had a zest for life and loved the outdoors, sports, and getting muddy. Those simple joys are at the heart of Mudfest.
