TIME: 10:00 AM: Middle School Girls 1.65 Mile Race
10:45 AM: Middle School Boys 1.65 Mile Race
11:30 AM: Varsity Girls 5K Race
12:15 PM: Varsity Boys 5K Race
1:15 PM: Awards
LOCATION/PARKING: The physical address of the meet is 448 Peacham Road Danville, VT 05828. The meet will take place at the Danville Athletic Complex. Parking is likely to be an issue so we ask Spectators could park at the school (About a half of a mile from the course) that would be helpful. There will also be a bus shuttle from the school to the course if spectators wanted to get to the course that way. We will allow parking at the course for Race Volunteers and Handicapped.

ENTRY FEE: Entry Fee is $100 for both high school boys and girls teams ($50 each team) / $50 for both middle school boys and girls teams ($25 each team). $10 per individual or teams that does not field 5 runners.
ENTRIES: Through www.athletic.net. Entries close on Tuesday, September 17th at 11:59pm.

REGISTRATION: Packets (w/race #s) will be available at the host tent on race day.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Danville course includes mostly fair terrain, with a rail trail section, a fair amount of grass trail sections, a long gravel driveway section, and an open field section. The course is somewhat spectator friendly, but mostly around the town and open field sections. Spikes are recommended as there are no pavement sections.
TEAM TENTS: Please place your team tents on the LARGE soccer field in the Complex where the start/finish area is NOT located. You can see it on the course map.
COURSE MAPS: (MS will do 1 lap, HS will do 2 laps)
Middle School Map (1.65 Miles)
High School Map (5K)
TIMING/SCORING: 802timng.com, NFHS and VPA scoring will be utilized.
REST ROOMS: There will be 5 Porta Potties at the meet.
CONCESSIONS: There will be light concessions available for cash only.
AWARDS: Team Awards: Plaques for Girls and Boys First Place Teams in the Middle School and High School Races
Individual Awards: Medals for the Top 10 finishers in each Middle School and High School races.
