Dash by the Past

Get ready for a fantastic day of fun and fitness at the Dash by the Past, taking place on Saturday, April 12, 2025, in beautiful Indianapolis, Marion. This family-friendly event features a scenic 5K run or a leisurely 1-mile walk along the picturesque Meridian Street, where participants can enjoy views of previous Decorators Show House and Gardens homes. The race will close Meridian Street to traffic, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Starting and finishing at the charming Meridian Restaurant & Bar, each registered participant will receive a stylish t-shirt, and exciting prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers. Best of all, children aged 0-4 can participate without registration! Proceeds from this uplifting event will benefit the John and Kathy Ackerman Mental Health Professional Development Center at the Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center, making it a meaningful way to support mental health initiatives.
