Get ready for one of the most mentally and physically challenging races around. Death By A Mile kicks off at 8:00 AM and doesnt stop until theres only one man and one woman left standing. If you cantor wontfinish your mile in the given time window, youre out. Prizes go to the final male and female standing.

THE FORMAT:
Its just one mile.... Right?
* 8:00 AM 10:00 AM: Run 1 mile every 30 MINUTES
* 10:00 AM 12:00 PM: Run 1 mile every 20 minutes
* 12:00 PM 2:00 PM: Run 1 mile every 15 minutes
* 2:00 PM 4:00 PM: Run 1 mile every 12 minutes
* 4:00 PM 6:00 PM: Run 1 mile every 10 minutes
* 6:00 PM UNTIL Run 1 mile every 8 MINUTES until only two runners remain (one man and one woman)
