This much-loved event is celebrating its sixth year, inviting athletes of all levels to experience a thrilling and picturesque race. Swim 600 meters in one of the world’s unique circular lakes, then hop on your bike for a scenic 16-mile ride through the beautiful rolling hills of the Eucheeanna Valley. Finish strong with a flat 5K run that takes you past the historic homes of Defuniak Springs.
After crossing the finish line, participants can look forward to a delicious celebration featuring pulled pork sandwiches and a free beer at the Last Stop Beer Vault. Not only will you challenge yourself and enjoy a fantastic day, but you’ll also be supporting local non-profits, with nearly $6,000 donated last year. This popular Sprint Triathlon is celebrating our 6th year in 2026. Enjoy a safe and scenic race while enjoying the beauty of historic Defuniak Springs located in the Florida panhandle. Our racers enjoy a 600 meter wet suit friendly swim in one of the world's two circular lakes, a 16 mile bike ride through the rolling hills of the Eucheeanna Valley and finish with a 5k flat run passing by the historic homes of Defuniak Springs.
Enjoy pulled pork sandwiches after the race and Celebration Party at the Last Stop Beer Vault complete with a free beer!
