Get ready for the DINO MTB Spring Tune-up on Saturday, April 19, 2025, in the scenic Battle Ground, Tippecanoe! The beginner-friendly Amphitheater Parks trail system features a lap just over 3 miles, with potential future expansions in the works by the Tippecanoe Mountain Bike Association.
The DINO Spring Tune-up is designed as a warm-up for the race season and offers a relaxed atmosphere for new riders eager to test their skills. While there are no awards or series points at stake, this no-frills race is an excellent opportunity to shake off the cobwebs before the competitive season kicks into high gear. Riders can pre-ride the course after 4 PM on Friday and during designated times on Saturday. The event kicks off with the DINO Trail Run from 9 to 11 AM, followed by mountain biking starting at 2 PM for Expert & Sport categories and 4 PM for Base, Junior, Intro, and Clydesdale classes. Amphitheater Parks trail system is beginner friendly; a great place to see if racing is for you. Currently the lap is just over 3 miles, but watch for updates as Tippecanoe Mountain Bike Association has some plans for expansion.

* _THE COURSE WILL BE IN USE UNTIL ABOUT 11 AM_ for the DINO TRAIL RUN [https://runsignup.com/Race/IN/WestLafayette/DINOTrailRunWestLafayetteTippecanoeCountyAmphitheaterPark]; after 11 the course will be changed to the mountain bike course.
