Join us on Saturday, November 16, as we cap off San Antonio Sports ACTIVATE with the District 4 Heroes 5K and Health Summit. This event will be hosted at the Boeing Center at Port San Antonio.
Runners, walkers, and strollers are all welcome.
Event t-shirts will be limited to 1500 and will be provided at packet pick up on a first come, first served basis. Finisher medals will be given out to the first 1500 runners to cross the finish line.
To ensure everyone's safety, we must enforce that all participants start the race within the first 15 minutes. Thank you for your understanding!
