Taking place at the Boeing Center at Port San Antonio in Bexar, this lively event welcomes runners, walkers, and strollers of all ages and abilities. Kick off your morning with the opening ceremonies at 7:30 AM, followed by the race starting at 8:00 AM. Participants will have the chance to earn finisher medals as they cross the finish line, and don’t miss out on the limited event t-shirts available during packet pick-up on a first-come, first-served basis. Whether you're looking to compete or simply enjoy a healthy day out, the District 4 Heroes 5K promises to be a fantastic experience for everyone involved!

Join us on Saturday, November 16, as we cap off San Antonio Sports ACTIVATE with the District 4 Heroes 5K and Health Summit. This event will be hosted at the Boeing Center at Port San Antonio.
Runners, walkers, and strollers are all welcome.
Event t-shirts will be limited and will be provided at packet pick up on a first come, first served basis. Finisher medals will be given out to the first runners to cross the finish line.
To ensure everyone's safety, we must enforce that all participants start the race within the first 15 minutes. Thank you for your understanding!
