Join us for our 2nd annual WPB 5k, donate to a beautiful cause, and earn yourself a BOWA bonus point in our Crush The Tour Challenge! Last year we helped raise over $2000 for dmbtrees.org in honor of our dear friend Alexi Padgett. Sadly, Alexis lost her battle with Rhabdomyosarcoma earlier this year. Alexis' family is planning on attending the WPB shows in May and to show our continued love and support to them we're hosting our 2024 5k in loving memory of sweet Alexis. 100% of all proceeds will go to her chosen charity: Advent Health Foundation Central Florida. This organization meant so much to Alexis and her family. We will meet at the grassy area near the dock on the corner of Brazillian Ave and S. Lake Dr. at 7:45 and will leave promptly at 8am. Walk, wog, jog, jun, or run with us! The 5k fee is just $7 but you are invited to donate additional funds during registration. Thank you Fit Crew for always showing up with the love!

Join us for our annual Sunrise Yoga on the piazza at Cave B Winery on Friday of Labor Dave Weekend! The event starts promptly at 8:00am local time at the Gorge! Our partnership with Cave B provides exclusive access to the venue before the weekend festivities begin. Spots are strictly limited to 80 participant and no other group has access to the Cave B grounds during the weekend. We will fill our souls up with the peace and love shared in a moment of yoga while the sun comes up and ignites the gorge in light. You'll receive entry to the event and the option to purchase a shirt, sticker, or a water bottle to show off your membership in this special group of fans (link to swag in confirmation email). This event is our main fundraiser for our goals around impacting a healthy earth and the perfect way to connect with the planet before dancing the weekend away with DMB! Net proceeds are donated Friends of the Columbia River Gorge to help preserve and conserve the place we love to go.

This Labor Dave Weekend event takes place at The Gorge, but is a virtual/individual run/walk so anyone anywhere can run along with the Gorge Crew! Run any safe route OR join our group run on site and make it a Fit Crew family affair. Meet at the Gold General Store near the main gate for a 8:30am PST start. All fitness levels welcome of course!

DMB Fit Crew invites you to shake up your bones, shake up your feet and join us for a virtual 5k Fundraiser! Costumes are encouraged but not required. Bike, walk, or run a 5k! Post your selfie and the best costume will win a prize! Proceeds go to World Central Kitchen in support of individuals and families impacted by crisis.
