On Saturday, October 12, 2024, join fellow runners and walkers at the breathtaking Sacred Heart Catholic School in Salisbury, Rowan for a thrilling 5K trail run and a fun run that promises excitement for participants of all ages. The scenic 5K course winds through the school’s stunning 100-acre campus, featuring highlights such as an outdoor learning center, athletic complex, and beautifully maintained gardens.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun day out, there’s a place for everyone with race divisions for all ages, from 11 and under to 70 and above. Registration is affordable, with the 5K run/walk priced at just $25 and the Fun Run at $10. Each 5K participant will receive a high-quality T-shirt, and awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers as well as the top finishers in each division. Make sure to arrive early for packet pick-up and enjoy refreshments after the race! Join us for a day filled with fun, fitness, and community camaraderie—rain or shine!

RACE COURSE: Sacred Heart Catholic School trail run! Conquer this challenging, yet picturesque, 5K trail run on our amazing 100-acre campus. Highlights along the run include our outdoor learning center, athletic complex, Stations of the Cross, multiple learning gardens, the greenhouse, the school, and church.
COST: 5K run/walk ($25) and Fun Run ($10)
DIVISIONS: 11 & under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & above
AWARDS: Top 3 overall male and female and top 3 male and female in each division will receive medals.
T-SHIRT: Each 5K participant will receive a high-quality T-shirt highlighting our logo. Sign up before 10/1 to be guaranteed a shirt.
POST RACE: An awards ceremony will be held after the race. Refreshments will be provided.
PACKET PICK-UP & RACE-DAY REGISTRATION: Packets may be picked up from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on race day. Race-day registration will be available for 5K ($30) and Fun Run ($10).

REFUNDS: Registration fees are non-refundable.
PARKING: Please park in the lot by the church and school. Please arrive in plenty of time to pick up packet, stretch, and get familiar with our campus.
WEATHER POLICY: Race will be held rain or shine. In case of inclement weather on race day, visit out website for information about delays, postponement, etc - www.facebook.com/sacredheartdolphins [http://www.facebook.com/sacredheartdolphins]. If Salisbury Rowan Runners determines the conditions are too dangerous, there will be no refunds. We will try everything in our control to complete the race.
