Join us for the Ed Levy 5K Run/Walk by AIA & LATINA LEADS, a community event dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle among youth and families in Fulton County. This special race honors the legacy of Coach Ed Levy, a highly respected educator, administrator, and Track & Field coach.
Despite being unable to run due to a childhood illness, Coach Ed Levy dedicated his life to coaching and empowering athletesespecially women and immigrant athletesto reach their full potential. From 1991 until his passing in 2001, he served as the head coach of the New York Pioneer Club, shaping the lives of countless runners through his leadership and passion for the sport.
This event is more than a raceit's a celebration of resilience, inclusion, and the transformative power of sports. Whether you're a seasoned runner or joining for a fun walk, come be part of this meaningful tradition!
