Join us for the 12th Annual EHT Nature Reserve Turkey Trot, taking place on Saturday, November 29, 2025, in the scenic Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic. This exciting event features a challenging 5K run and a fun 1-mile walk, perfect for participants of all ages and fitness levels! The 5K starts at 9 AM, with pre-registration available from 8 AM on race day. Experience the beauty of the reserve as you run along sandy beaches and wooded trails, making this a truly memorable race in South Jersey.
Pre-registration for the 5K is just $30, and the 1-mile fun walk is only $10 (without a T-shirt). On race day, fees increase to $35 for the 5K and $15 for the 1-mile walk. The first 100 runners in the 5K will also receive a T-shirt, so be sure to sign up early! Enjoy the invigorating atmosphere while supporting a great cause, as proceeds benefit the Egg Harbor Nature Reserve. THE COURSE IS A JOY TO RUN AND WILL CHALLENGE ALL PARTICIPANTS. YOU WILL ENCOUNTER SANDY BEACHES AS YOU RUN ALONG THE PERIMETER OF A BEAUTIFUL LAKE, AS WELL AS WOODED TRAILS WITH NUMEROUS DOWNHILLS AND CLIMBS. YOU WILL NOT EXPERIENCE A BETTER ENVIRONMENT FOR A 5K IN ALL OF SOUTH JERSEY. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU THERE!
THE EHT NATURE RESERVE IS LOCATED AT 318 ZION ROAD, 1.7 MILES WEST OF OCEAN HEIGHTS AVENUE. DROP-OFF ONLY PERMITTED AT THE RESERVE FOR THE EVENT. OFF-SITE PARKING AND A SHUTTLE BUS WILL BE PROVIDED FROM ATLANTIC CHRISTIAN SCHOOL, 391 ZION RD., EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, 1.5 MILES WEST OF OCEAN HEIGHTS AVENUE.
* There will be no on-site parking at the Nature Reserve.
* Parking will be available at the Atlantic Christian School, 391 Zion Rd, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.
* A shuttle bus will run continuously from Atlantic Christian School beginning at 7:40 AM, returning participants to the school parking lot after the race.
