Get ready for an exciting day of fitness and fun at the ELANCO SD Elementary Regional Run for Fitness on Sunday, September 14th, 2025! This vibrant event will take place at Garden Spot High School along Tower Road in New Holland, Lancaster, and is exclusively for ELANCO SD students.
The schedule kicks off with registration and course walks from 1:00 to 1:45 PM, leading into a series of exhilarating races. Kindergarteners will start the day with a 1/4 mile run at 2:00 PM, followed by 1st graders at 2:10 PM. The excitement continues with 2nd to 6th graders competing in 1/2 mile runs, finishing up with 6th grade at 3:00 PM. Each race will award the top five boys and girls with place ribbons, and all participants will receive a participation ribbon. Plus, T-shirts will be available for purchase, making this day even more memorable! Mark your calendars, as this event promises to be an inspiring showcase of youth fitness and community spirit!

2:00 p.m. Kindergarten (1/4 mile run)
2:10 p.m. 1st grade (1/4 mile run)
2:20 p.m. 2nd grade (1/2 mile run)
2:30 p.m. 3rd grade (1/2 mile run)
2:40 p.m. 4th grade (1/2 mile run)
2:50 p.m. 5th grade (1/2 mile run)
3:00 p.m. 6th grade (1/2 mile run)
Awards will be given after each race. Top five (girls and boys separate) in each race will receive a place ribbon (and will qualify for the Lancaster County Elementary Cross Country Championship held at Overlook Park on Sun, Sept 28th); all others will receive a participation ribbon.
